- Hammer garlic chunks into the meat with a tenderizer.
- In a bowl, season meat with salt, pepper, paprika, and bay leaf.
- Let sit for about an hour in the refrigerator.
- Start shallow pan with olive oil and bay leaf on medium-high heat.
- Cook steaks about halfway through, flipping, and add butter to pan.
- Once butter is melted, add piri piri and beer (amount optional).
